Thank you to supporters of the Beacon Awards, an initiative of the Designers Lighting Forum of New York (DLFNY). This Fulfillment Policy outlines our terms regarding Beacon Awards sponsorship payments, ticket sales, and award entry submissions. All funds collected through our platform directly support the Lana Lenar Lighting Empowerment Scholarship, helping to foster the next generation of lighting designers.
Sponsorship Fees
Fulfillment: Upon receipt of sponsorship payment, a confirmation email will be sent within 5 business days outlining your sponsorship details, including the number of tickets included with your selected sponsorship tier.
Refunds & Cancellations: Sponsorship payments are non-refundable, except in the case of extraordinary circumstances. In the unlikely event that the Beacon Awards program is cancelled in its entirety, sponsors will be contacted and offered the option to transfer their support to a future event or receive a refund.
Ticket Sales (Beacon Awards Ceremony)
Fulfillment: Within 24 hours after successful payment, you will be registered on the awards ceremony guest list and will receive a confirmation email. Please retain your confirmation email for admission to the event.
Refunds & Cancellations: All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. Tickets may be transferred to another guest upon request by contacting us at the email below. If the event is cancelled or rescheduled, ticket holders will be offered the option of a replacement ticket for the rescheduled event.
Award Entry Submissions
Fulfillment: Once payment is completed, your award entry is confirmed and officially submitted for judging. You will receive a confirmation email, and updates regarding judging timelines will be shared as outlined on our website.
Refunds & Cancellations: All award entry submissions are non-refundable. After submission, entries cannot be edited or withdrawn once the submission period has closed.
